Today
Whoa, it’s been a hot minute. I’ve been very busy with my new day job and while I was settling in, I had to slow down all comic production. I even missed a deadline for Greyfriar’s Isle, a comic that I’m getting paid to make. But things are evening out a bit. There’s a new Greyfriar’s Isle (Opens in a new window) comic out on Planet Nude; for now it’s only available to paid subscribers, but it’ll become free in about a week.
(Opens in a new window)I'm on track to make the regular two comics in May, and I've started the first one for June.

Meanwhile, Rogues of Clwyd-Rhan is progressing very slowly. A while ago, I posted a small update to the version on my personal site: Anticipation (Opens in a new window).
(Opens in a new window)While I was at it, I updated the cast page (using art made for 30 Days of Characters 2025 (Opens in a new window)) and the Character Galleries on that website as well. Another update will be coming this weekend.
The other thing I've been working on some more is the Dutch version of the Rogues of Clwyd-Rhan archives (Opens in a new window). This project has now reached the third story, "Alchemisten" ("Alchemists") and that has been very easy to work on. Also, the Danish version has made a little bit of progress and has now reached the start of "Dragens Nat" ("Night of the Dragon"). Again, a relatively uncomplicated process that I hope will offer people the opportunity to read webcomics in smaller languages.
If there’s interest, I will write a little about my process for making webcomics in multiple languages including how I prepare my files, lettering and other aspects. I’ve set it up so that inputting and processing the translations is really easy, but there can still be some challenges!
Back in the day
I can’t believe I skipped a whole panel of last newsletter’s blast from the past. Here it is:

And the full page for that one:
(Opens in a new window)This newsletter’s blast from the past is Sounds like a plan… a terrible plan (Opens in a new window). You can read an old version of this comic on the Rogues of Clwyd-Rhan website (Opens in a new window), and you can read on from there or binge-read the comic from the beginning (Opens in a new window), which will keep you entertained for many hours. It's kept me entertained for almost 35 years from its very crude early days to the present, somewhat less crude day.
