7 Good News from health research

January 24, 2026

Hello dear Good News community,

At the start of a new year, one thing is always at the top of my priority list: taking care of my health. I try to schedule all my annual check-ups right at the beginning of the year. And because health is the most important thing, I want to share with you what medical research has already revealed in the first weeks of 2026–I’m always amazed! A little reminder: it’s better to focus on your health now than later.

Enjoy reading, Selina
