Many of you will be familiar with Offal initially only being available via the medium of WhatsApp, when you had to shyly send a message to a strange number, before being sent back an MP3 of the earliest episodes. That wilfully DIY approach predictably collapsed when we not only repeatedly breached Meta’s terms of use, but also when audience numbers became far too large for one man and his thumb to attend to all the requests.

Enter OFFALBOT – a fully automated customer service chatbot built from the ground up by a team with no idea what they’re doing. Following a brief onboarding, you can now interact with a sardonic chat droid built to service your every desire. As long as those desires extend to exploring our archives of written and audio content, experiencing Offal’s new Wellness channel, and submitting yourselves to the tender attentions of the Offal Fulfilment Customer Services division and their rapacious and slightly disturbing thirst for your data. More functionality will be added as and when we can figure it out.

OFFAL book 3 now in design

Fans of actual printed matter with no time for any of this digital tomfoolery will be pleased to know that many pages of the freshest Offal are currently in design, with a view to having it on shelves and available via our online store in September.

Speaking of which, many things, including books 1 and 2, are still available in the online store, with plans to add new things quite soon. (Aprons have now sold out!)
