Folge 118: 40 Elephants

London, Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts. Die 40 Elephants sind Meisterinnen des organisierten Ladendiebstahls. Unter der Führung ihrer Queens plündern sie zunächst im Stadtteil Elephant and Castle, später in ganz London und darüber hinaus die elegantesten Geschäfte der Stadt. Mit ihrer letzten Königin Shirley Pitts erschaffen sie bis heute ihren eigenen Mythos als Herrscherinnen der Londoner Unterwelt.
