🚨 FREE TICKETS: CELLULOID SURPRISE #1 AT RIO CINEMA

As part of this year’s Rio Forever celebrations, which mark the Rio Cinema’s 50th anniversary, we have been invited to programme a short series of mystery screenings (projected on 35mm!) aimed at all those with a keen sense of adventure…

Our first Celluloid Surprise takes place on Thursday 7 May at 6.30pm, and as always, we have a limited amount of tickets to give away to members of Club LWLies!

Just email marina@tcolondon.com (Si apre in una nuova finestra) with your full name and “Mystery Screening” as the subject line to secure a ticket. First come, first served.

To ease you in, and perhaps coax you to accept the mystery, here are three cryptic clues:

1. This film’s beloved star was nominated for an Academy Award three years before making this film.
   

2. The film director has a cheeky voice cameo in the film.
   

3. This film’s main character shares a name with a road in Queens, New York.
