New EU rule: No more mini-packaging for ketchup and co.

Less waste in restaurants, cafes, and hotels: Starting in 2030, the EU will ban small single-use portion packaging for ketchup, sugar, and similar products when consumed on-site. Exceptions apply to takeout services, as well as hospitals and care facilities. Source: EXPRESS

Gene analysis exposes unnecessary chemotherapies for breast cancer

An international study led by UCL shows: The DNA test "Prosigna" accurately detects whether chemotherapy is necessary for breast cancer. This could spare over two-thirds of patients aged 40 and older from the severe side effects. Source: BBC

Study: Destroyed mangrove forests are recovering worldwide
