Fingolfin's Findings XLVIII: Middle-earth student housing at UCI (University of California, Irvine)

See, this is one of those thing you know will not be much of a legal issue because that housing has been there for years. Still, how can an American university simply start calling part of its campus with names from Tolkien’s writings?
