The first in our new monthly series, exclusively for Offal Acolytes and Offal Oracles, is a thing of exquisite taste and beauty. Titled ‘More Meat for the Rest of Us’, adapted from a text by Gavin Weale, this is 7 minutes and 11 seconds of almost-spiritual yearning for the transcendent, pillow-soft joys of the humble ground meat and greasy pastry parcel, offset with a bittersweet tale of personal collapse, all set to an epic, rising post-rock soundtrack.

Offal Soup is our new monthly members-only series, in which we take a longform piece of writing from within the Offal stable, and run it through the patented Offal audio transmogrifier. Would suit perhaps casually being dropped into a playlist on a family car journey, or being listened to last thing at night as you drift away into a sweaty pork and pastry reverie. Meat dreams!
