My apologies for not having posted last week but I am indeed trying to come up with a good excuse - I am finally back as the Travelling Tolkienist,  visiting the regulars' table of the German Tolkien Society at the Lower  Rhine, as well as the only brick-and-mortar store in the universe, no  less!, specialising in J.R.R. Tolkien's life and works, in Leiden in the  Netherlands.
