Hello dear Good News community,
Yesterday we had the time change. That means it’s brighter in the morning, but already dark by late afternoon. It will take a while for my body to adjust. The EU has long been trying to agree on a unified time—but so far without success. Changing the clocks can be bad for our health: a U.S. study confirms that time shifts carry health risks and recommends abolishing daylight saving time.
