I was emailing back and forth with Steve the other day about access to one of my programs.
Apparently, he suffers from the âBig Thumb Smart Phoneâ syndrome that I have.
You know the one - where your big thumbs get in the way and you accidentally mistype whatever info youâre trying to type.
We were talking about results heâd gotten from one of my programs and he said - âI was so happy with how l looked I stopped.â
CLASSIC.
That falls under the olâ category of -
âThis is working so well, help me screw it up.â
Hereâs an excerpt from his email (check the video)
As you can see, in 8 weeks using âThe King-Sized Killer,â Steve -
â... dropped from a puffy 208lbs to a much tighter 194lbs.â
14 pounds in 8 weeks isnât half-bad (as my British friends say).
Has that ever happened to you?
What youâre doing for your training is working, so you stop doing it instead of keeping going?
Iâm somewhat embarrassed to admit that I have.
So I want to encourage you:
If your training is going well right now - PRESS IN. (Or is that âONâ?)
Keep going and resist âsquirrel brainâ or âSHINY OBJECT SYNDROME.â
If itâs not - you canât measure results, or youâre âHalfway Herbert-ingâ itâŠ
Do yourself a solid and get on a plan.
If you need to drop some âpuffâ like Steve did, âThe King-Sized Killerâ will do the trick.
Or, if you need more variety, you could grab the program Steve just picked up, Rebuilt After 40.
Regardless, I just want to encourage you to resist âsquirrel brainâ or âshiny object syndromeâ and keep going.
Stay Strong,
Geoff
