Film Recommendation

I think we heard the news about the deaths of actor Robert Duvall and documentary director Frederick Wiseman within about 30 minutes of one another (and then we heard about the passing of Jesse Jackson a few hours later!). We wrote a little obit for Wiseman (S'ouvre dans une nouvelle fenêtre), but wanted to use this space to shout out to Duvall and recommend not only a film that showcases one of his greatest starring roles, but one that he wrote and directed as well.
