Thank you to everyone who joined us for the recent Hitmakers masterclass with Mike Meiers and Judy Stakee.

If you enjoyed the session and would like to go deeper, applications are open for the first UK edition of the Hitmakers Live Retreat, taking place from 5–9 October 2026 at Hawkwood Estate in the Cotswolds.

The retreat is designed for songwriters who want dedicated time to write, collaborate and develop their craft. Across five days, participants will take part in co-writing sessions, workshops, song critiques and live feedback, while working closely with Mike and Judy throughout the week.

What stands out to us about this retreat is its focus on doing the work. Rather than a conference or series of talks, it's an opportunity to step away from everyday distractions and spend time writing songs alongside other committed songwriters.

The retreat has been deliberately kept small to create a focused and collaborative environment. At the time of writing, only 12 standard places and 4 VIP places remain available.
