Basisinfos über Ibuprofen
Ibuprofen wird in die Gruppe der NSAR - der nichtsteroidalen Antirheumatika - eingeteilt, und hemmt die beiden Cyclooxygenasen COX-1 und COX-2, wodurch aus Arachidonsäure weniger Prostaglandine entstehen können.
