An inner prison
'You seem like a very calm person', I sometimes hear, as I observe the minutia, as my mind races with thought, as my heart is hammering, as my shoulders are endlessy tense and my jaw locked tight... In silence.
Trapped inside a cage of pain and torment, hidden.
