📓 JOURNALING RITUAL: “Calling In Sacred Love”

Clarity creates the channel. Begin with knowing yourself.
Set the Scene:
Light a candle, take a few breaths, and play soft music if it helps you drop in. Then, journal from the heart—not the head.
đź”® Part 1: Know Your Heart
What do I deeply value in a partner—not just traits, but energies?
What do I want to feel like in love (safe, playful, supported, etc.)?
Where in my life do I already experience those feelings?
đź’ž Part 2: Become the Love
If I were already the ideal partner, how would I speak?
How would I care for myself? What boundaries would I hold with love?
What version of me shows up in the relationship I dream of?
✨ Part 3: Envision the Relationship
What does our connection look like day to day—how do we laugh, handle tension, grow?
How does our relationship serve something bigger than us (joy, healing, creativity)?
If I had a magic wand, what would I change—about myself, about my life, about love?

🌬️ RITUAL: “Spirit, I Surrender”
FOR THOSE WHO FEEL DISTRUST
A soft, sacred release of urgency and pressure—into Divine Timing.
You’ll need:
A candle
A small bowl of water or flower petals
Your journal page (optional)
A quiet moment of willingness
🕊️ Step 1: Breathe and Speak
Light your candle. Say:
“I am ready to release the pressure.
I surrender the illusion that I must force or chase love.
I give this longing to Spirit—to guide, to hold, to answer in time.”
Take 3 deep breaths. Inhale peace, exhale tension.
📝 Step 2: Offer It Up
You may place your journal page under the candle or fold it and hold it in your hands.
Say:
“I trust the wisdom of delay or haste - divine timing is at play in my situation always.
I trust the perfection of alignment.
I trust that love is already on its way to me.
And in this space—I soften. I receive. I become.”
You may drop flower petals or a few tears into the bowl. Let them carry your prayer.
🔚 Step 3: Close with a Blessing
Say aloud:
“Love is not separate from me.
Love is growing in me.
Love will meet me when the time is true.
Until then, I live as if I am already loved—because I am.”
Blow out the candle with love. Rest. You have made space.
All my love,
Elina
