Progress = showing up again and again. Feel better, train longer
Feeling better after training is NOT a sign of cowardice.
It's NOT a sign of being a loser or being lazy.
It's NOT a sign you didn't do "enough."
More often than not - it's a sign you did exactly what your body
needed on that particular day.
When training supports your life instead of competing with it, everything else gets easier to maintain.
And THAT'S what keeps you strong long-term.
