Mann, Mann, Mann – wer oder was meditiert heute eigentlich nicht? Ich bin so alt, dass ich getrost behaupten kann: Ich habe schon meditiert, als es noch uncool war ;-) Es stellt sich mittlerweile die Frage: Muss man denn meditieren?
