Fingolfin's Findings XXVI: The Oregon Department of Transportation

As you all know I do spend a fair amount of time on searching ze interwebz for all things Tolkien and beyond and although I have done this for more than twenty years now and I think I can say with some certainty I have seen way more than most and often more than I would like there are moments when even I am surprised.

And this time I have to thank the Oregon Department of Transportation. Yup, the Americans in the room will now yell DMV! and there you are. One of the essential points of everyday administration in the United States of America, possibly only surpassed by USPS (Öffnet in neuem Fenster), i.e. the postal services.
