In this beautiful lecture on Vilāpa-kusumāñjali verse 19, Śrī Raghunātha dāsa Gosvāmī reveals the intimate moment when, in his eternal spiritual identity as Tulasī Mañjarī, he performs his first direct personal service to Śrīmatī Rādhe-jū — lovingly bathing Her lotus feet.

In previous verses he prayed for mercy and purification, even describing the humble service of cleaning Rādhā’s washroom. Now the heart of mañjarī-sevā begins to unfold. Guided by the commentary of Śrī Ananta dāsa Bābājī, Pratibhā explains how the path of rāgānugā-bhakti is not reached through intellectual effort or scriptural calculation, but through sacred longing (lobha) and deep emotional devotion.

The lecture also opens the door into several sweet eternal līlās of the Holī season in Vraja, revealing the playful exchanges between Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa and the confidential role of the sākhis and mañjarīs who relish and serve these divine pastimes. If you wish to understand how bhakti matures from practice into living participation in līlā, this lecture offers rare insights into the heart of Vraja-bhakti.
