In July, we published two blog posts discussing the future of cohesion policy, as well as one post on the EU's efforts to encourage young people to participate in policymaking.

The EU’s next budget – a territorial perspective on the MMF 2028–2034 proposal. Published shortly before the release of the MMF proposal, this blog post by the Territorial Thinkers calls for a territorial perspective in the cohesion dimension of EU policies after 2027. Making EU policies youth-proof. The EU's recent efforts to encourage youth participation show signs of momentum. By institutionalising youth-mainstreaming tools such as the Youth Check and promoting civil society–led instruments such as the Youth Test, as well as creating participatory spaces through YEYS, the EU is moving towards a form of governance that is both youth-inclusive and future-oriented.  (Read (Abre numa nova janela))
