Gegen eine bakterielle Bindehautentzündung, die mit einer starken Entzündungsreaktion einhergeht, wird auch gerne mal ein Kombinationspräparat verordnet, das neben dem Antibiotikum noch ein Glucocorticoid (»Cortison«) enthält.
