Thanks to Ian Collier I was reminded of a series of short introductory films the British Council produced in the 1940s. Well over a hundred of them - from Architects of England (Öffnet in neuem Fenster) over Merseyside (Öffnet in neuem Fenster) to Development of the Rabbit (Öffnet in neuem Fenster).
