Inner Freedom

This feels like a succession of enormous roses blooming inside and throughout my entire body, in the place of frozen buds that had been hardened in cold winter air. The buds are now blossoming – a continuous succession of red, pink, orange, yellow.

This feels like electricity, starting in my heart and sending waves of energy.

This feels like finding a key which has been long lost, and opening a box that I’d chained tightly and buried away.

My heart is aching with joy and relief as a warm energy permeates from my core.
